           What a disgusting and vile piece of trash this movie is...perfect for grindhouse movie night if you're in the mood for something gross and pornographic.  Yes I would definitely put this in the porno section but that doesn't mean it's not an actual film per say.  It packs several sex scenes and/or rape scenes and isn't shy about making them outright revolting.  This movie was funded by the mob in the seventies and was based on an actual serial rapist called the "Enema Bandit" who terrorized an Illinois college in the 60's and 70's.  Heck even Frank Zappa wrote a song about this infamous sicko.
    

Wow I already know more about this film than I want to.  Ok well Jamie Gillis portrays the man named Burt who raped and forced enema's on several women and when I say sick you really have no idea till you see it.  He starts out going to some XXX stores and even some sort of prostitution house where you get to pick out a girl and have sex with her for fifteen minutes paying the small price of ten bucks.  Well he gets his blowjob and while receiving this great oral pleasure the hooker tells our protagonist about the "specials" but cannot elaborate on them

because she is not permitted.  So Burt heads out to ask the Madam what these, "specials" are all about.  The woman heads through a list of several fetishes before coming to "High Colonic" which sparks interest with Burt.  He's not sure what it is so the Madam takes him to a current patron enjoying this foul and perverted fetish.  The man is role playing with two hookers, one nurse who blows him while he performs an enema on another hooker who is obviously his patient.  Both he and Burt get off during this whole production and this is where at least in the movie the serial rapist learns his trademark.  From there on he seeks out young victims

including a neighbor woman whom he develops an interest in but soon gets disgusted with her for having oral sex with her own boyfriend.  The movie doesn't pull any punches with the enemas, it's all real and yes feces begins to flow like water literally from the anuses of every girl victimized.  It's just rotten and there is even some watersports thrown in and all the while Burt gets off either by myself or otherwise.

     Recommended for anyone in the mood for something really grindhouse or really sick.  There really wasn't much like the 70's for this kind of stuff.
